Cave Creek & Comanche Hills Property Owners Association is a non-profit corporation that serves the Rocksprings, TX communities of Cave Creek and Comanche Hills. Our organization is responsible for collecting annual dues from landowners for the repair, maintenance of our subdivision roads and community water access point. We have an elected Board of Directors that acts on behalf of the community at large and works to negotiate legal matters as it relates to the community. We host an annual meeting for the purposes of discussing community business and provide an opportunity for community members to socialize and engage with one another..
The Board of Directors consists of 4 positions, President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. We take on legal responsibility for the CCCH communities and the administrative tasks associated with running a POA. We are responsible for setting annual budgets for collected dues for repairs and maintenance. to We handle all annual filings with State and Federal entities as needed, and negotiate an annual cattle lease on behalf of community members who wish to participate for obtain AG exemption for their property taxes. We are responsible for the repair and maintenance of all community roads. In addition, we manage and maintain and keep the community water source well pump in good working order. We strive to create a spirit of transparency and integrity as we keep our community best interest at heart.
